About This Webinar

Many caring adults still teach to the world they grew up in, not the one students actually live in today. As an educator this can be terribly frustrating and disappointing when trying to serve all students in meaningful ways. This workshop offers an honest, supportive look at why staff resist 21st-century practices and how attachment to “we’ve always done it this way” holds students back. You’ll gain language, strategies, and conversation moves to loosen that grip on old practices and spark mindset shifts that serve all students.
